General use
This platform is inclusive of all genres, progressive, critical and original, and has few rules except that :
- material submitted must be original.
- material submitted must not encourage, promote or incite racism, sexism, homophobia, xenophobia or any other form of discrimination, cruelty or violence.
Remember to copyright your work. By forwarding your work , photos, links, information etc to us you are authorising us to post it on the site and release the Cacofonix team of any liability in regards to copyright infringement. We are providing a free service at your request and with your approval. Should you wish to be removed from the Cacofonix site or wish to edit posted info for any reason, please email us and we will remove your profile and/or any offending or incorrect information from the site as per your wishes, no problem.
Copyright
We encourage creatives to copyright their original material before posting or distributing it in any other way. We do not provide a copyright service. It is your responsibility to copyright your work. The process may be tedious but should you wish to make any sort of an income from your music, composing, songwriting etc. it would probably be a good idea.
